as the current world star bi, he is undergoing a lot of stress from million of fans all over the world. he has to try harder and harder as he takes it step to become the world star that we all want... now he has already achieved it, why does he no longer feel as close as asia star bi or as the nan puen nam jak that we all know??(some say)... today i will take the "some say" perspective!
remembering 2002 as the year when world star bi debuted, sweeping all the newbie awards in korea and as instead of saying good bye and bad guy as his catch songs. he was under JYP a once used to be popular singer in korea with his catch song, "honey". bi was known to be korea's music saviour because of his good looks, dance and singing. his charisma could not be hidden and so was his potential... but many still said that he would just be a singer who flashed passed the audience. for this, bi, he acted in sangdoo let's go to school which was a great sucess!!! but still ppl say that sangdoo's character was made for him and was of no challenge. then he came up with "escape from the sun" which was loved by koreans. immediately, he won all the popularity awards for music and best newbie actor for sangdoo lets go to school... everything seems to be going well for bi. but he never knew it would be better within 2 years. because of Full house, asia started to recognise him and immediately because of his talents he made it to the top of asia... who could ever forget it's raining ssssssss haaaaaa??? his rainy day tours wrote history! they were the fastest selling tickets ever!!!! now, rain's world was released, again it created history. with cyborg released, it was first for attendance for its first week due to the pulling power of bi. though cyborg didnt do as well as everyone expected, it was another experienced gained for ji hoon!!! now as he begins his second world tour, he rewrites history as the largest scale concert by any korean artist.. world class production crew is helping him to do his concert production.. his skyhigh ticket prices created headlines everywhere... everywhere is "is he worth it?" dangyunhaji!!! but now he has proven it with his showcase and concert in seoul and las vegas! but now he is soooooooooo popular and many many many fans compared to 2002, he cant make every single one happy. fans have different opinions about him. but one thing remains the same, he is still the hardworking bi. however, he sometimes will also get pissed with his performance etc.. sometimes he ignore his fans and fans get disappointed( this is one thing that bi should take note of and greet every fan) but sometimes he still cares for his fans but some fans do not realise the love that he has for his fans. unfortunately, they become one sided. i still remembered the incident where bi visited his cancer fan in the hospital after his husband left a note at joyplace. i was really touched by the incident cause not all stars will visit their fans and bi the busiest man in the world visited his cancer fan to give her the motivation to live. as we all know, bi is an introvert. he doesnt rely on others to help him and he tries his best in everything. but being an introvert, he cant really express his feelings which leads to many misunderstandings and broken relationships. it is not his fault but his character's.. he is not an extrovert like kim jong min, shin jung hwan, andy etc... so we cant blame bi! but he should try his best to greet his fans like in 2002. he would be thanking every fan. he cried when he received the newbie award. but he doesnt cry now even if he gets the highest award in the world except daesang which he promised him mum. when he received the 100 most influential ppl in the world, he didnt cry cause he has the experience in receiving awards. but i doesnt make as feel that he is distant. after all, he is just like other being except the fact that he has exceptional talents and looks and determination. he can touch hearts and destroy them at the same time. one minute of misunderstanding can lead to many consequences... bi should just remain bi and ji hoon remain as ji hoon.
his concert here would be in a month's time and i wish him all the best and make sure you make me scream the voice out of me. bi is still bi. even he doesnt have the top production, being there with him would be the happiest time in my life. it is the same! just that if it was rainy day in singapore instead of rain's coming, i would have gotten the VIP seats and be standing throughout the concert. now i have to bring a binoculars to his concert! i want rainy day with effects like rain's coming!!! i wanna stand!!! i want to explode!!!
