WOW... sexy back!recently, i achieved personal best!!!
YAY!!!
i got around 19m for discus(16.5m to qualify)
and nearly 8m for shotput(7.5m to qualify)
i changed my style of throwing a few days ago and i saw the results...
i no longer stop while throwing discus and i dont look back while throwing shotput!
i improve alot recently...
i thought i couldnt qualify at all for both events just a few weeks ago...
and now i stand a chance to get in top 8!!! =)
i wanna get in top 8 cause yun rui and wei ying will definitely be in top 8..
if i get in top 8 too... the teachers will love the throws team as ALL of the sec 2s got in top 8!!! i know joanne, barbara, laasya and charlotte(currently in throws, track and field) can do it too!!!
the others will too!!! ming mei etc... =)
then, we will be the main contributers to our medal... last year wei ying alone contributed 14 points!!! you see!!!
i know everyone will do well this year as we have been treating training seriously!!

that's when rain jung ji hoon becomes the true world star!
with his looks, talents, efforts and passion,
he would need not be small and humble because he has fully bloomed.
But as he experiments,
he regain his small and humble self...
this is what i like abt him, being modest and hardworking!!!
